WEEK 21 - 9/26/10 - 10/2/10

This week we completed the ceramic tile, started installing millwork, and continued with MEP trim-out. We have started working on the exterior concrete and should finish next week. The irrigation is scheduled to start the week of 10/11. The HVAC equipment start-up will be complete next week. Wood floor material is to be delivered the middle of the month.

WEEK 18-20 - 9/5/10 - 9/25/10

The construction is progressing well. We have completed the painting, acoustical ceiling tile, and wall coverings. We have started the ceramic tile, exterior concrete, and MEP trim-out. Next week we will complete the ceramic tile, start finish carpentry, and continue MEP trim-out (i.e. installing devices, fixtures, grills, etc.). Exterior concrete should finish the first week of October. Irrigation is scheduled to start the week of October 11.

WEEK 17 - 8/29/10 - 9/4/10

This week we started drywall tape&bed. Portions of the existing building have been repainted. The EFIS also started this week. Next week we will continue with texturing, painting, and acoustical ceiling tile. The exterior concrete has been delayed some, however, we hope to get that started next week as well. Millwork, wall coverings, and MEP trim-out is scheduled to begin around the middle of September.

WEEK 15 & 16 - 8/15/10- 8/28/10

We have completed install of the ceiling grid and all drywall. Next week we will begin drywall tape&bed, site concrete, and demo of ceiling tile in existing building. EIFS and Tile are scheduled to start towards the middle of September.

WEEK 14 - 8/8/10 - 8/14/10

We have completed over 90% of the masonry, MEP roughs, and fire sprinkler. Next week we will install the suspended ceiling grid so we can run the ceiling roughs. Final grading and site concrete is scheduled to start on August 18. Sheetrock and tape&bed will begin the week of August 22.

WEEK 13 - 8/1/10 - 8/7/10

This week we started the masonry, insulation, and sheetrock. By end of next week we hope to have finished: masonry, MEP rough-ins, and fire sprinkler system for new addition. The building should be ready for full sheetrock the week of 8/16. Final grading and site concrete is scheduled to start the week of 8/16.

WEEK 12 - 7/25/10 - 7/31/10

This week we completed installing the building wrap, windows, and roofing. We also started portions of the insulation and drywall. Next week we will start the brick and continue with the mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire sprinkler rough work. Our schedule shows us completing the drywall towards the end of August.
