WEEK 15 & 16 - 8/15/10- 8/28/10

We have completed install of the ceiling grid and all drywall. Next week we will begin drywall tape&bed, site concrete, and demo of ceiling tile in existing building. EIFS and Tile are scheduled to start towards the middle of September.

WEEK 14 - 8/8/10 - 8/14/10

We have completed over 90% of the masonry, MEP roughs, and fire sprinkler. Next week we will install the suspended ceiling grid so we can run the ceiling roughs. Final grading and site concrete is scheduled to start on August 18. Sheetrock and tape&bed will begin the week of August 22.

WEEK 13 - 8/1/10 - 8/7/10

This week we started the masonry, insulation, and sheetrock. By end of next week we hope to have finished: masonry, MEP rough-ins, and fire sprinkler system for new addition. The building should be ready for full sheetrock the week of 8/16. Final grading and site concrete is scheduled to start the week of 8/16.

WEEK 12 - 7/25/10 - 7/31/10

This week we completed installing the building wrap, windows, and roofing. We also started portions of the insulation and drywall. Next week we will start the brick and continue with the mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire sprinkler rough work. Our schedule shows us completing the drywall towards the end of August.

WEEK 10 & 11 - 7/11/10 - 7/24/10

We have completed the framing. About 80% of the rough electrical and plumbing is already complete. Within the next 5-7 days, our schedule includes: install asphalt shingles, insulate exterior walls and I-joists, drywall mezzanine, and start masrony.

Project is progressing well. We continue with the interior rough work (i.e. MEP roughs). The framing will be complete next week. We hope to start brick and roofing the week of July 19.

The framing is 95% complete. We have started the MEP roughs in the new addition. The roof has been temporarily dried in. Over the next few weeks we will: install asphalt shingles, start fire sprinkler, and continue with MEP roughs. The brick masonry will also begin around the week of 7/19.
