WEEK 7 - 6/20/10 - 6/26/10

We started the rough carpentry on 6/22. The framing is approximately 95% complete. Next week we begin the electrical, HVAC, and plumbing roughs. We are in the process of making some design changes to the fire sprinkler system; should start installation the end of next week. The asphalt shingles are scheduled for 7/12.

WEEK 6 - 6/13/10 - 6/19/10

This week we poured the slab. Framing will start Tuesday (6/21). We anticipate framing taking about 10 days. The MEP contractors are scheduled to start rough the first week of July.

WEEK 5 - 6/6/10 - 6/12/10

During this week we poured the foundation stem walls, completed the underground plumbing, and termite treated the slab area. Next week we will installed the fire riser into the building, install underground electrical, and pour slab (Friday). Project is on schedule.

WEEK 4 - 5/31/10 - 6/4/10

This week we completed preparation of the building pad and have poured the foundation footings. Next week we will form and pour the foundation stem walls. The plumbing and electrical contractors are scheduled to start their underground the end of the week. We anticipate pouring the slab around the middle of June.
