WEEK 32 - 12/12/10 - 12/18/10

Completion of the punch list items nears it's end as painting touch-ups and final hardware items are installed. Substantial Completion was achieved this week and Final Completion is scheduled for January 17th. The work of finishing up final punchlist items is underway.

WEEK 29 - 31 - 11/21/10 - 12/11/10

We are near the end of the project. We have received the Certificate of Occupancy. The past couple weeks have been full of "final touches". New striping for the parking area has been completed. The landscaping has been finished. All trades are complete. Completion of all the punch list items is 99% complete.
