WEEK 3 - 5/24/10 - 5/28/10

This week we completed excavation of the building pad and passed the required soil tests. We have now started importing the select fill for the building pad. We will trench and pour the footings next week. We have scheduled the rough plumbing and electrical for the following week.

No work took place this week as we were waiting on soil test results. Next week will complete excavation and fill of the building pad. We have scheduled a pour for the footings for the end of the week.

WEEK 1 - 5/10/10 - 5/14/10

And we're off! This week we completed demolition of the exterior concrete and began some minor gradework of the building pad. Next week we hope to start the excavation and fill of the building pad.


We will be installing temporary fence around the existing trees prior to any work next week.
