WEEK 24 & 25 - 10/17/10 - 10/30/10

The past few weeks have been busy. We have completed the exterior concrete work and fine grading. The irrigation&landscape will start 11/1. The painting, tile, millwork, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler, wood floor, etc. is all substantial complete. Carpet is scheduled for 11/1. Folding partitions will be installed the week of 11/15. We will spend the next few weeks fine-tuning the details.

WEEK 22 & 23 - 10/3/10 - 10/16/10

We have completed most of the concrete retaining wall. All exterior concrete will be complete next week. Irrigation/landscape is scheduled to start the week of 10/25. We have started installing the light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC equipment; MEP contractors will be complete with all their work inside the building the last week of October. The gutters&downspouts, fence, HVAC controls, and drapery will be installed 11/1-11/5.

WEEK 21 - 9/26/10 - 10/2/10

This week we completed the ceramic tile, started installing millwork, and continued with MEP trim-out. We have started working on the exterior concrete and should finish next week. The irrigation is scheduled to start the week of 10/11. The HVAC equipment start-up will be complete next week. Wood floor material is to be delivered the middle of the month.
